I help women turn passion into action. And purpose into massive, life-changing profit.
But first, you have to be willing to help yourself.
The biggest misconception about coaching is that it’s a “wave a magic wand and fix everything” solution to all of your personal and business problems. Trust me, if I had a functional magic wand I would be taking client calls from my sprawling chateau in the south of France.
Despite the lack of practical magic, the real “magic” happens when we team up to amplify your impact and accelerate your success.
Because, everything you’ve ever craved…
Multi-six figure, legacy-status success.
➞ A life of travel, fine dining, and not blinking an eye when it comes to treating yourself.
➞ Profit that increases month-over-month, year-over-year.
➞ Waking up feeling passionate about your work and your life.
…it’s all possible. You just have to be willing to work towards those big picture dreams
Instagram won’t build your business for you.
Real-world biz skills will.
With 5+ years of corporate PR experience under my belt, I create programs and approach my clients with a “big business” mindset. The only time you’re a small business is if you believe you’re one. And we don’t treat our businesses like they’re small around here. Instead, I teach real-world business building, selling, and branding skills that help my clients scale their business in a way that feels organic and sees massive results.
Instead of doing things the “online business” way, I teach my clients to do things the right way.
By the way, I’m Tati.
Animal loving, margarita drinking, West Coast kinda girl.
I loved my full-time PR position because I got to do amazing things for my clients (like get them featured in Forbes and the New York Times), and have experiences that some people could only ever dream of. On the other hand, I was snuggled up to burnout every single night, doing my best to climb the corporate ladder while secretly battling a debilitating chronic illness.
I wish I could say that I took a bold stance against the cubicle lifestyle and left my 9-5 to take care of my health. But really, I pushed myself to the breaking point, and was eventually laid off in 2019. Can you say relief? Seriously, I was probably one bad week away from going off the grid entirely and becoming some sort of creepy mountain hermit. That’s how stressed out I was, 24/7.
Being laid off was the best thing that ever happened to me. Isn’t it funny how what feels like the worst thing in the world at the time can end up opening doors you never even knew existed? I took some time to consider what I really wanted to do with the rest of my life.
We don’t get the chance to ask ourselves that question often enough. And when I took a step back and started considering the answer, I realized that I couldn’t spend another second sitting in a cubicle pretending like I wasn’t chronically ill. So, I never did.
In the three years since I ventured into the online space, I’ve been a coach to hundreds of awe-inspiring women, a safe space for people to take risks, and a champion for dreamers everywhere. And my favorite part? I get to ask the most important question ever, every single day…
